Microsoft Project LTSC 2021 Standard Volume License
The new Project LTSC 2021 Standard supports you with an

Microsoft Project LTSC 2021 requires Windows 11, Windows 10 or Windows Server 2019 as operating system. Older operating systems are
not compatible.
